For other branded mobile applications powered by Shenzhen DEWE Technology Co., Ltd., all Personal Data collected is controlled by our clients. We process such data only under our clients’ instructions and solely for providing the services they have engaged us for. If you are a user of one of our clients and no longer wish to be contacted, please contact that client directly.

When using specific Products or Services, such as AI Mower smart lawn mowers, we may
collect precise or approximate location information to support navigation and
device operation.
Basic Smart Device Information:
When you connect a Smart Device, we may collect information such as device name,
device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade details.
Information Reported by Smart Devices:
Depending on the type of Smart Device, we may collect data such as operational
status, work logs, and error logs.
Service Provision:
We process Personal Data to provide core AI Mower functionalities, including device
control, status monitoring, mapping, and task management.
